On Sunday, Feb 20th, Beryl Forman (aka Miss Boulevard), and June Clarke are taking over Sea Rocket for a little thing we call Salsa Sushi. They take our fresh farm direct ingredients, add a Mexican twist, and roll them like sushi. Sounds crazy, but they taste amazing! And June will be DJing the music, so the tunes promise to be just as delicious.
We'll be serving three kinds of rolls as appetizer specials for $5 each: Ceviche Grass-fed Braised Beef Mushroom with Caramelized Onion
Rolls are garnished with pico de gallo, cabbage, and house-made sauces like chimichurri and medium picante hot sauce.
